Configure a Windows Active Directory Site
Overview
A site is a logical definition of a cloud account or an on-prem location. A site needs to be configured and deployed before you can deploy an analyzer in an environment. Once you configure a site in the RansomStop Admin Portal, you may need to deploy additional services. For example, in Active Directory, you need to define a service account, certificate and install some modules to support RansomStop integration with AD.
Steps

Deploy A Windows Active Directory Site
Currently, a site needs to be added and saved before you can do a deployment. There are some server side actions that need to happen, and those aren’t triggered until you click Save on a new site.
- Download the Active Directory setup package by selecting your Site and clicking Deploy
- Click the Download button
- Unzip the downloaded zip file
- Open the Setup.pdf file and follow the instructions there
